Jenni "JWoWW" Farley Drops 20 Pounds

When you're on TV, you want to look best because people like myself tend to bash you on blogs. Jersey Shore star, Jenni "JWoWW" Farley, is one who believes in that. The buxom babe has recently dropped 20 pounds through portion control and 5-day-a-week workouts. See, that's what happens. When you become famous, it's easier to get a nutritionist and a trainer to kick your a$$. Plus, your only work is to film a reality show.

“I eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it,” JWoww said at an event to promote GNC’s Ab Cuts diet supplements.

2-HOUR WORKOUTS

Farley works out five days a week for up to two hours per session doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training.

“My boyfriend trains me,” says JWoww. “He’s a big bodybuilder."
