Tweens everywhere get ready to lock yourselves in your room in protest of Hannah Montana staying on the air past 2010. According to Miley Cyrus' pop and co-star, Billy Ray Cyrus, he says the series will come to an end next year.
“Quite frankly, I give a lot of credit to Miley for taking it to another year,” said Billy Ray. “She didn’t want it to just end with whatever was the last episode we did. She wanted it to build to where there’s a moral to the story, to where it doesn’t just end and go away and that’s it. She wanted there to be an official ending to Hannah Montana.” (source)
Yeah, but we're pretty sure with the right paycheck good 'ol smiley Miley will stick around for season four...not that we're begging her to. Actually, this is a blessing in disguise. As of now the last season will consist of 11 episodes with an hour long season finale.
