Paula Abdul and 'So You Think You Can Dance' Creator Nigel Lythgoe Twitter About Producing Michael Jackson Special

Jun 30th, 2009

Twitter is the newest celebrity addiction so of course many celebs are showing their emotions over the loss of Michael Jackson through the networking phenomenon. But leave it to Paula Abdul and So You Think You Can Dance creator Nigel Lythgoe to let the world know that they're trying to produce a Jackson tribute episode as early as this week or next on the dancing show.

"There is a problem clearing Michael's music at the moment," Lythgoe Tweeted on Sunday. "We are trying to make contact with Sony to get clearance on an all Michael SYTYCD."

"Have your people call my people Nigel and let's do it! Lol," responded Paula.

Then, Nigel responded the fan's excitement, "Don't get carried away everyone. It won't be the NEXT show. These things take time to organize, clear and choreograph. I'll keep you posted." (source)

We're not watching unless Paula Abdul gets that cartoon cat back in action to choreograph.
